The combined Battery Command and primary observation station for Battery Const. #402 is located about 500 feet east of the battery. It is a two level concrete structure, the BC was on the main level with the observation station below accessed by a trapdoor. The wooden stairway to the lower level has been damaged, making access problematic.

A system of wooden tunnels connected the station with a SCR-296 radar site and the Plotting room. All but a small section of the tunnel has collapsed.
