Located on Rocky Point, B 2/2 S 2/2 served as the secondary base end and spotting station for Battery Const. #293. It is a one room concrete structure with a wingwall entrance.

Interestingly, the 1942 Local Board Report recommended that this installation be provided with a second observation room, intended to serve the battery of 155-mm guns emplaced lower on Rocky Point.
